THE NEW 2016 AUDI R8 V10 PLUS!

Here we go! The brand new Audi R8 V10 2016 has finally been launched at Geneva 2015. Let me give you a moment to appreciate how beautiful it is to be compared to the late generations of R8. It still has the same kind of shape, the exterior look still hasn't changed much but the second time you stare at it you will notice how different it is on certain parts of the car.

The vents on the front are now vertical replacing the horizontal blades. The side blade has also gone missing and the exhausts are rectangular rather than circular on the previous R8. Take a look at the headlights. The shape of it has already changed to make it look more futuristic and sexy at the same time. From the back, Audi has completely redesigned the booty to make it more special than the old ones. The taillights, exhausts, and also the shape of it have made the car to look wider and bigger from the back.

The interior is so much nicer than the previous.

I'm really amazed on how Audi has improved the interior of the R8. It looks so much luxurious rather than dull-looking cockpit for the previous generations. The combination of color, leather interior, carbon fiber covering the area of the cockpit and all the functional buttons are built to fit well together in the car. Another thing that i like about this 2016 R8 is the all new interactive screen right in front of your face replacing the old circular gauges. Everything has gone electronic giving you all the information you need in a sophisticated way. It's more advance, precise and easy.

How fast it is? I don't think i need to talk much about it. The  5.2 V10 has already given you the conception on how fast it could reach. The weight of the car is 50kg lighter and it's lowered than the previous for better aerodynamics. 533 horsepower, 0 to 60 in 3.5sec with speed over 200mph. Doesn't seem fast enough? You can go with the 'plus' with over 600hp, 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and reach 205mph. Crazy right?

If you are an automotive enthusiast, this year is your lucky year because Jaguar has unleashed its brand new wild cats, the 2015 Jaguar F-Type R. Basically, you can choose between 2 variants either to have the coupe one, or the convertible one. Comparing to the previous version of the F-Type, The 'R' version right here is the one that has it all. The best one. All the powers, all the noise are into it. You just gotta take a dive. The supercharged V8 engine generates 550hp and the sound that it makes when the RPM is rising up is just pleasantly ear bleeding. Indeed, no doubts to claim a statement that it is the best sounding car ever made for quiet a long time. Well, at least in my opinion, and to reinforce my statement, The loud crackling noise that it roars every time you rev it up comes from a stock exhaust. Isn't it amazing?

It is so ridiculous that this car is a street legal car, original from the factory. The sound is just getting 'awesomer' every single time you get to hear it. This is a very intelligent Jaguar with the 8 speed gearbox offering lightning speed shifting, calibrated to be more aggressive with the R. The suspension tuning is also upgraded a little more compared to the S version.

Starting price about this car is probably around $99,000 but you can always have the option to give your car a little special treatment by adding another $12,000 for the carbon ceramic brakes, which you don't even need unless you really are intending to track your car. The F-Type R comes with a steel brakes with a great quality that is enough to stop your car at anytime, any circumstances.

Leather interior, push start button that glows like a heartbeat, carbon fiber laying all over the interior just making the car even luxurious inside out. The steering wheels included with different kind of buttons to give you a full control of the car from the audio to the car's performance itself. The joystick look alike for the gears and also a button to change driving mode. Turning it to dynamic mode is going to give you a lot of power, aggressive performance and the mighty exhaust is automatically turned louder. Jaguar has really taken a big step in competing with the other brand in producing high end supercars. They went above and beyond to give us something special about their cars.

This is how the interior of an Audi R8 looks like. Isn't it beautiful? With all the full-leather details all over the car. Nappa leather with diamond stitching on the seat and at the door trim just makes this car looks even sexier on the inside. The cockpit is surrounded with monoposto or you can have it in carbon fibre framing the cockpit. It's a clear demonstration of the lightweight design behind the Audi R8. As you're buying one of the most expensive supercar for you possession, you can always have the option to customize the interior of the car according to what you desire. The color of the seats, the stitching design and so on. 

The Audi R8 only has two driving modes which are standard and sport modes. You can go a bit wild if you drive it in sport modes which going to give you a better response from the car, the gear changes faster, the sound is louder and you know what. You just have to drive the car to feel the exact changes between those two modes. As for shifting the gears, you are provided with the pedal shifter located just behind the steering wheel or you can use the bottom gear. Best thing to try with the car, the launch control! Be ready to take off.

Another strength for easy everyday use is the luggage compartment space. It is big enough to put 2 of your golf bags inside it. You can absolutely drive this car to go shopping around town flashing the beauty of this beast on the road. 100 litres fit under the bonnet and another 90 litres can be stowed behind the seats.

The first time i fell in love with Audi R8 was when i watched the commercial video of the car getting dyno test. MY DREAM SUPERCAR. THE AUDI R8!

My very first post on this blog, and it's going to be about my all time favorite supercar. The mighty Audi R8. Why do i love this car so much that i decided to make it as my dream car? I'm going to talk more about it later but first, let us take a moment to appreciate how beautiful this car is. The aerodynamics of the car, the curves, the edges, the shape and what else can you name it, they are just absolutely captivating and seducing to my eyes. Look at the front part of the car, the headlamps. The eyes of this beast. LASER. Yes, it's a laser headlights that produce higher quality of lighting with better range of projection . No need to high beam someone as warning anymore, just shoot the freaking laser at their eyes. Another thing that makes this car looks so badass is because of the front grills. The horizontal blades at the sides are on point. Making this car looks moody and angry at the all the time, which is a good thing.

God have mercy.

That booty. It couldn't get any sexier from the back. The double circular exhaust separated to the left and right is just right. I mean, just RIGHT. The stock sound that it makes when you rev the car is already ear drumming. Well, as a human being we just can't get enough of everything can we? Replace the exhaust with special Capristo exhaust, and never turn on the audio system anymore. Alright people, now let's get really serious about the performance of this car.

What an amazing performance from both version of the car. Either it's V8 or V10 or V10 PLUS, it has that something special about it that will make you certainly fall in love with the car straight away without hesitation. Yeah i'm being a really huge fanboy right here i know. I will definitely get this car in the future. It's me VS my dream from now on and i will definitely beat the shit out of my dream and turn it into reality.
